General public tickets for Green City Market Chefs' Summer BBQ have already sold out. This wonderful event showcases Chicago's local food, drink, and talent. It's always been our goal to carry spices of the highest quality. Over the years, we have been excited when organic companies want to send us samples, only to be very let down by the quality of same samples. An increase in consumer interest in sustainable agriculture and organic product has brought more spice growers to realize the need for organic spices and herbs. Consequently, the quality level has increased. This is our inaugral line of organic herbs and spices which we hope to add to, as we source organic herbs and spices that meet our high standards for flavor and quality.
